Please provide us with contact info along with your FEDEX or UPS account and we will be more than happy to send you out samples and a brochure. We provide samples only to verified cosmetic manufacturers and related trade. A) We use virgin plastics such as AS, ABS, SAN, PC, PETG, and PP. A) All our finished components are tested extensively for interaction but due to the fast-paced nature of the cosmetic chemical market we cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with your product. We highly recommend that you, and / or your lab, conduct compatibility and stability tests. What file formats do you prefer? A) Our graphics team prefer that you submit your artwork in both Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Adobe PDF formats. A) Lead time for a customizing a stock component is typically 4-6 weeks. Shipping from China usually takes 15 days via ocean shipping baring any US Custom delays. What do you recommend? A) We can air ship your finished products using one of our experienced couriers. Air shipping usually takes 1 week baring any US Custom delays. An additional shipping charge will be incurred. --------------------------------------------- Back to top -------------------------------------------------- A) For Stock Cosmetic Components, the Buyer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number from Plascom prior to shipping any Stock Cosmetic Product back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. NO RETURNS are allowed on any custom or custom decorated products.
